Shipping policy

Honey Eyes Boutique ships within the United States only - All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

All items are steamed and heavily inspected before shipping.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will try our best to help. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure address/location.
  
  
• You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Damaged Packages:

If you receive a damaged package, keep all items (polymailer, contents, insulation/packaging, etc.) and take them to your nearest Post Office for inspection to file a claim for damages.

If anything is thrown away, the claim will be denied.
