Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy - you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

• If you ordered a size that does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size. We suggest placing an order for the size you need as items may sell out. 
• If you want to exchange an item for another item then you must return the item you do not want. You will be refunded via store credit and can then purchase the other item you want.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, scent free, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@honeyeyesboutique.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how to return and exchange your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.
