Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are now refunded to the original form of payment (beginning with orders placed after November 1st, 2021).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, scent free, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@honeyeyesboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information/instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping cost to return an item is at the customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow time for your bank to process the return amount. 

Shipping costs to return items are at the customer's expense.

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. 

Damages/Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help.

Keep all items (polymailer, contents, insulation/packaging, etc.) and take them to your nearest Post Office for inspection to file a claim for damages.

If anything is thrown away, the claim will be denied.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving.

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items:

All sale items are FINAL and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

  • Bodysuits, jewelry and accessories are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are heavily inspected before shipping.
  • All stickers are final sale.
  • All masks are final sale.

Exchanges:

We have a 14-day exchange policy - you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • If you ordered a size that does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size. We suggest placing an order for the size you need as items may sell out. 
  • If you want to exchange an item for another item then you must return the item you do not want. You will be refunded via store credit and can then purchase the other item you want.
