Shipping Info & Return Policy
Honey Eyes Boutique ships within the United States only.
All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will try our best to help. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure address/location.
- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Any items you wish to return must be returned two weeks, 14 calendar days, after your package has been delivered and after your return request is accepted.
- To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and after your return is accepted we will send further instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
- Please include your package slip with the return.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry and accessories are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are heavily inspected before shipping.
Please make sure to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item(s) are damaged/defective or if you have received the wrong item(s).
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving.
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
